En ning\u00fan caso la indemnizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 ser inferior a un mes de sueldo. Adem\u00e1s, te corresponde cobrar el aguinaldo proporcional y las vacaciones no gozadas; as\u00ed como el sueldo del mes de despido, completo. &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00e1s seguridad, pas\u00e1 por una delegaci\u00f3n de UPACP, con tus recibos de sueldo, as\u00ed te sacan la cuenta exacta. &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Si vos decid\u00eds renunciar<\/u>:<\/p>\n<p>Deben liquidarte aguinaldo y vacaciones proporcionales al tiempo trabajado en ese a\u00f1o, en base a la mejor remuneraci\u00f3n recibida (cobrada). Y te deben abonar todos los d\u00edas trabajados, del \u00faltimo mes de trabajo. Eso es todo, ya que est\u00e1s renunciando.
